Several people have been injured in a serious collision involving a car and a bus in County Donegal. The accident happened just after 9:30 am between Manorcunningham and Newtown Cunningham, near Magherabeg National School.
The Bus Éireann Expressway bus had 13 passengers on board at the time of the incident. Emergency services, including the Gardaí, ambulances, and fire service, are currently on the scene.
Eyewitnesses reported that multiple individuals sustained injuries, but the severity of these injuries is not yet known. Following the collision, the bus veered off the road, went through a hedge, and ended up in a field. The road has been closed, and diversions are in place.
