Israel is set to take on Belgium in a Nations League clash on Sunday, with much anticipation surrounding the match predictions, poll results, and game stats.
Israel enters the game aiming to bounce back from a 4-1 loss to Italy in their last Nations League match. In that match, Israel held 31% of possession and attempted five shots, two of which were on target. Mohammad Abu Fani scored Israel’s lone goal in the 66th minute, while Italy found the net with goals from Mateo Retegui, Giovanni Di Lorenzo, and Davide Frattesi. Israel’s recent matches have seen high goal counts, with at least three goals in each of their last six games, during which they’ve conceded 16 goals and scored eight.

Belgium has had some defensive challenges recently, conceding in five of their last six games and allowing a total of eight goals.
Their last encounter on September 6, 2024, ended with a 3-1 victory for Belgium, who dominated possession at 64% and managed 25 shots. Kevin De Bruyne, Youri Tielemans, and an own goal from Timothy Castagne contributed to Belgium’s score.
Both teams are expected to be at full strength, with no injury concerns for either Israel’s coach Ran Ben Shimon or Belgium’s Domenico Tedesco.
