Watch: Late Late Pushes to Make Toy Show Day Official

The Late Late Toy Show is just around the corner, and children across Ireland are gearing up for their most anticipated, toy-filled night of the year. This time, however, they are also campaigning to make December 6th an official holiday.

The new trailer for The Late Late Toy Show has been released, highlighting the theme of being prepared for the big night and pushing to make Toy Show Day a recognized event. The kids are advocating for a day where bedtime rules are forgotten, broccoli is banned, and sweets and jellies are abundant, insisting that the Toy Show should extend beyond just the evening to encompass the entire day.

The 90-second trailer will premiere on TV tonight (Friday) after the Six One News on RTÉ One. It features Toy Show host Patrick Kielty at Campaign HQ, surrounded by his dedicated team as they strategize for December 6th. The team culminates their efforts by heading to the Department of Christmas, hopeful that their petition will reach the right decision-makers.
